I had the great honor to be a speaker at the Forever Family MLK Lecture and Policy Panel held in Atlanta at the Georgia State Andrew Young Policy Institute. As the author of See You in the Sky, I spoke on behalf of the over 2 million children that have an incarcerated parent in the United States. Forever Family is one of few programs in our country that provides hope and help for families broken apart by incarceration. foreverfam.org
