I am in such gratitude for the women who made the decision to take time to nurture their souls at my second annual Serenity & Soul Women's Retreat in beautiful Carmel Valley, California! We spent a weekend together learning how to open more to our intuition, heal our stressful thinking, and connect with our higher selves. We opened our adventure with a morning drumming ritual and proceeded with shamanic journeying to discover messages of ancient wisdom from spirit realms. We walked in nature to learn more about our inner wilderness and ended with a unified ceremony to heal the land burned by recent wild fires. I love you women!!
